My account health rating has dropped by 4 points

Hello Everyone,

I have had a violation on my account for 3 months due to a restricted product violation. I removed the listing and contacted seller support but have been unable to resolve it.

However, since having this violation, my score has been going up, so I am just wondering why it has gone down. My inventory performance score has been increasing as well.

I have many products that are out of stock, test products where I didn’t go too deep, and some that I may not replenish. Could this be affecting it? Is it better to delete those listings?

Hey!

Your account health rating dropped due to a violation, but your score is improving. The out-of-stock and test products might be affecting it. Deleting those listings could help. Hope that clears things up!

If you dont sell enought units inventory score will drop down, same if you sell 200+ orders it will go up by 4 points.
