My account has just been made inactive due to missing EPR numbers

It was linked to Germany. It seems as though I can’t send in any of my stock even the ones that are unrelated. HTTP 401 unauthorised pops up at the point of send to Amazon.

Has anyone experienced this?! And what do I need to submit or do?

Deactivate Germany marketplace and open a case with Account Health saying you only sell in UK to remove the German EPR/LUCID requirement, then your account and FBA shipment creation will be reactivated within 24-72 hours.
