As of today my account has been deactivated due to Multiple Account Policy Violations. My primary account was USA account. My goods has just arrived and I am not even START SELLING YET!!.. I have never open any other account in other jurisdiction, never subcontracted to any third party or VA, never open any other account before, no credit card or anything has been compromised, and only do this by myself.
I open a case and Amazon team told me that:
"After reviewing the information on the account, I have identified that your current selling account is related to a different selling account named ( The same name as my account) and created in 04/08/2024 that violated our Multiple Account policy and was therefore deactivated.
I have also identified that the other account is your own account but a different Marketplace which is the Spain Store."
I dont understand this as (1) The only store active is US, Canada and Mexico ( and I have not even started selling yet). ( 2) The rest of Europe shown INACTIVE. How can my own account is in Spain Store, yet I never even try to open or sell anything there. I am checking with all stores by opening Seller Central Europe and all is in the stage of requesting Identity Information which I am not planning to do so since I am not in the process of selling in those, and wishing to opt out.
Now Amazon is asking:
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.
What kind of evidence I need to provide? Please Please Help

From your post it sounds like you may have mistakenly somehow opened an account on European Amazon marketplaces. This is a very common thing to happen. Try to login into the Amazon Spain site using your e-mail address and password to see if you have an account.
Thanks for your reply. I just did what you told me. I am able to enter Spain seller central. But I also able to enter all europe seller central and everything shows the same. I check all the performance notifications in all European marketplace page ( including Spain) and everything looks the same. Nothing stand in particular. All seller central shows that I am deactivated and there is a button to Reactivate the account.
I also able to browse various forums and find same occassion like what I did.
So, it sounds like it’s correct that you also have an European account.
I would advise you to update your deposit method and charge method on file. Because each of the marketplaces needs to have an active charge method - this usually leads to deactivation.
I think I need urgent help and need thorough support on this. Will be willing to buy you a coffee if my amazon account is saved. At this moment I have nobody to guide me on this. Need to share details. Is that a way for me to obtain your assistance in more thorough and detail? And they give me a deadline for submission of response as well.

Let me try to understand your advise in more detail. Seller Central Europe has so many countries. Do I need to check ALL countries in Seller Central Europe or just Spain as mentioned?
I also want to mention that I have European Seller account but ALL OF THAT is inactive. All of them are not registered and I never even start registering on them.
When you also mentioned Charge method, should I add charge method or instead removing it? What do u mean by UPDATE? So far all european account is inactive. And all now DEACTIVATED due to this issue.
