Multiple account violation

Hello… hoping someone can help.

I already have a UK amazon account and have tried to setup my US account via the same LTD company. Once created they deactivated the account due to multiple account violation.

The account they have linked it to was one I first created when I started selling on Amazon 3 years ago. I accidentally setup a US account at the time when I was supposed to setup a UK account. I got onto seller support straight away and got them to shut down the account as it was setup incorrectly. I have appealed this violation stating the above and sending them email correspondence confirming the above as well as the case numbers at the time. Unfortunately this is not working and they are stating they do not have enough info to re activate the new account.

Any idea where I go from here?
