FBA missed my inventory I’ve sent 24 units to FBA, but Amazon closed my shipment on only 4 units but shows active units on account is 8 units.
I’ve also select prep and FNSKU labels services from FBA.
Amazon is required proof of inventory ownership.
What should I do in this case and provide valid documents to amazon.
I think they misplaced the inventory during prep.

Provide the proof of purchase (invoice/ order confirmation)
Submit your invoices and shipment labels to amazon. Also write a brief description to your issue. Hopefully amazon will solve your case.
Select the affected shipment and go to Contents and then upload invoice, UPS Proof of Delivery and Tracking, FBA shipping label and screenshot of the FBA shipment delivered page. Also write details about the issue and provide the shipment quantity, weight and dimensions.
