Misbranded listings

Hey guys,

Kind of confused with the misbranding listings. I have reviewed most of my stock; some of them are under the correct brand, but the manufacturer is some small USA LLC - I assume the listing was created by this guy but not sure how he could list under correct brand.

Some of these listings are 6 years old.

Any thoughts it’s safe or better avoid it?

You can list under the correct brand even if you are not the brand owner if you have a letter of authorization from the brand . Maybe this is what happened.

If the brand is safe to be sold then I would jump on it.

It’s a well known high street brand from L’Oréal group.
