Minimum order quantity for brand approval

Does anyone know if, after requesting approval to sell a brand and providing proof of purchase for 300 units of a product, you must submit proof for another 300 units if you switch to a different product under the same brand?

In other words, am I unlocking approval to sell the brand or just that specific product? Will I need to show proof again if I want to offer a variation under the same brand?

When you request approval and submit invoices for a brand on Amazon, most of the time you are getting ungated for the entire brand, not just a specific product or ASIN, meaning you should be able to list other products and variations under the same brand without needing to submit new invoices each time. However, there are some cases, especially for very large or high-risk brands, where Amazon might gate specific ASINs or sub-categories even after you’re ungated for the general brand, requiring additional documentation. You can usually check by trying to list the new product; if Amazon blocks it and asks for documents again, it means that specific product is separately restricted. But in most standard cases, once you’re approved for the brand, you’re good to go for listing variations and different items within it.

If you are approved for a brand, you can also list other products and variations under that brand. An invoice will be required if Amazon flags a specific ASIN for review.

Brand approval usually applies to most variations, but have receipts on hand if Amazon requests more.
