I believe I’ve brought this up before, but I never got a clear answer. I’m dealing with a problem trying to merge two Seller Central accounts. The issue is that some marketplaces are duplicated across both accounts, and Amazon’s policy won’t allow me to delete specific marketplaces without shutting down the entire account. Right now, I’m selling on two marketplaces, but I can’t merge them, and it’s really frustrating. If anyone has a solution or workaround for this, I’d really appreciate your help.
Sounds like I’m in exactly same boat. I set up new US account on new email (UK account didn’t let me add us from there). All set up fine. Tried to merge by logging in UK account and wouldn’t let me. Next day I have all European accounts merged on my US account but they don’t seem to link to my original account.
Let me know if you find a solution. I’ve posted this in the Seller Central forums and created a case, so I’m hoping someone with the answer will come across it. I’ll update here if I manage to figure it out.
