Are you certain that the main parent account doesn’t have access to that specific marketplace? If so, can you upload a screenshot for confirmation? If the listings are still active on Amazon, it suggests that the main account still has access to the marketplace, but they have restricted your child account’s access to it.

Yes, we were using a child account.
The problem is the marketplace is also removed from the parent account.
