Manage Promotions Tab Not Available

I am wanting to set up a coupon code, however within seller central under advertising I only have the option for campaign manager associated with sponsored ads, and nothing to set up and manage a promotion.

Any ideas?

Promotions is not a function related to Sponsored Products and, if you are a Professional seller, you will find it in the +Inventory tab+ in Seller Central.
