Does the box and the unit need to both be labeled “made in China”?
I am assuming that you are referring to the US marketplace.
No, the box and the unit do not both need to be labeled “made in China”. As long as one of them is clearly labeled.
Would clearly labeled on fnsku be ok? or is that too tiny? These are wildly different answers by the way lol. So I guess I’ll just label everything
Unless you have a food/indigestible product I am not aware of any requirement for made in China.
Almost every thing sold on amazon is made in china, with the exception being our stuff and a very small nano scale minority of other sellers that really are in the USA and not making false claims about the country of origin.
I have seen it mentioned numerous times online that there is a requirement to have “Made in China” labels when shipping to the US. Even my suppliers, when I order something will always send me the items with very visible “Made in China” stickers. But since I never experienced any issues, I guess it is because no one is checking this as long as the shipment doesn’t go through customs clearance.
Thank you all, good to know
