We have lost BuyBox on several of the FBM listings. It seems that they want us to price match the price of the FBA listings.
Did anyone else experience something similar and do you have any recommendation on resolving this issue?
If they want you to price match that is your only option.
When amazon has full manipulation of your account nothing can be done.
Don’t focus on that, I highly doubt that one issue is causing the problem. So many others are involved. First, if amazon is on the listing don’t expect to sell yours in any great volume.
