Loss of buybox eligibility

We’re facing sudden buy box ineligibility for a handful of items. This issue was previously raised to executive seller relations team in June this year and has all eligibilities restored to become eligible again after they apparently flipped a switch.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening again?

I was told previously it’s a glitch but now we have it again

This is a chronic problem, and will continue on.
Sellers will continue to list on amazon regardless if they sell or not.

Until sellers call out amazon for this behavior and stop selling en-masse nothing will ever change.

Any increase of defect rate? This is something that leads to the loss of buybox eligibility in most cases.
