What 3rd party companies are you using. To do your amazon reimbursements and refunds ?
amazon does it for us automatically.
I heard that sometimes they overlook and not reimburse you, is this correct?
We have not processed a return from our end since that started.
When its amazon’s program they are the ones at fault when the buyer does not get a refund. At least that is how the USA sellers have to do it.
It is a total waste of time to even look at the return and take a deduction if it is damaged. When you dispute, amazon will side with the buyer every time, if memory is correct you even get a metrics hit for opening the case.
