I am a UK seller using the FBA “Send to EU” program to sell some items in the EU via UK FBA. However, I haven’t had a sale in a long time, yet I am still being charged monthly fees for long-term storage.
It appears I’m being charged long-term storage fees for items that I can’t locate or have returned. Seller Support doesn’t seem to be available for calls at the moment.
Did you receive some orders from the EU where the goods were shipped from the UK to the customer, then returned, and now the item is in the fulfillment center (in Spain and/or Germany), correct?
Yes, that must be it. The item must be damaged since it’s not showing up in the inventory. I’m being charged a monthly fee for items that I can’t set up a removal order for, as there are no items to remove.
Go to Reports > Fulfillment > Inventory > Show more > Inventory Event Detail.
Set the date range to the last 18 months.
Download the report and search for your ASIN. Be careful about having stock in any European fulfillment center without being VAT registered in that country. Once you find the ASIN, it’s better to liquidate it.
