Live chat expands to cover more stores and issue types

You can now use live chat to create a support contact for a majority of issues, regardless of your store or language. When you request a chat, you’ll be connected with an associate from Selling Partner Support to get help in real time.

We’re constantly working to improve the support we provide. We’ve heard your feedback that chat allows you to clarify your issue faster, making it faster to get a resolution. If you need to open a support case, go to Get Help. Once you select your store, service and issue type, click Contact an associate and then select Chat.

To help us improve the live chat experience, let us know at the end of each session if you were satisfied with the support provided.

We know that support is an important part of your experience selling on Amazon. In the new year, the Selling Partner Support team will host an Ask Amazon live Q&A in the forums to hear directly from you and answer your questions. We will provide an update when the date is announced.
