Need a suggestion regarding products where amazon is selling only. I found couple of products which are profitable but amazon is the only seller in those listings.
Will amazon share buybox? And it can have any issues with me selling/competing with it?
Look at the buy box statistics - are there any other third party sellers ? Do they get a share ?
Keep in mind the sales velocity - if other third party sellers are getting 1% buy box but the thing sells like 7000 times per month then thats still pretty good. But a low sales velocity product now you’d be wasting your time
Ensure the brand is IP safe - are there lots of other listings same brand with more than 3-5 third party sellers ? If not then you’re taking a gamble
Keep in mind everything on amazon is always our best guess
You’ll only learn when you pull the trigger and send it in and see how the story plays out
Look at Keepa chart at range/ 90 days average and base your decision on that Keepa chart. It will give you knowledge about future stats.
