I sell a personalized car air freshener on Amazon. All of a sudden after 100+ sales a month my product had no sales so I looked and I’m under ‘search suppressed’ saying because my count is wrong?
I’ve not done anything to make this change but even tho I’ve updated this 7 times today it’s not changing and doing this?
What’s happened and why, how can I solve this? I do FBM and I don’t want to do a new listing as I have 100+ sales this month on my listing.

If you click on the question mark, you will see the guidance for Unit count:
“Select the measurement unit for the cumulative content of the product. Use Fl Oz for products sold by volume (e.g. liquids), Ounce for weight (e.g. solids, powders, viscous substances, aerosols), Foot for length (e.g. tape, floss), Sq Ft for area (e.g. toilet paper, aluminum foil), or Count for discrete functional units (coffee pods, vitamins, hair brushes).”
Contact Amazon support immediately to resolve the “search suppressed” issue on your listing, as it may be due to a counting error. Provide them with the updated information and request assistance to reinstate normal search visibility for your personalized car air freshener.
