Listing not updating

Hi,

I am having a problem for a long time now maybe you guys might have experienced this…

I edited my listing multiple times and waited 48hrs (or weeks) and it doesn’t update it.

I have tried to contact central and they always send this same thing which i cant get it…

Acceptable proofs for attribute update requests are: - Manufacturer’s or Publisher’s (for books) website link clearly showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available. - High-resolution product pictures, clearly showing the suggested changes, along with a visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.). - A high-resolution photo of the item in its original packaging showing the product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.) code and the attribute or attributes that you need to change.

I have a sample product here but the packaging and everything is at the amazon store…

Well i hope someone could help me out as i am sick of dealing with central “robots” for weeks.

They are simply asking you to provide proof that the changes you are requesting are valid.

If you don’t have a product handy, you’ll have to remove one from the Fulfillment center to supply the needed information.
