Just after some newbie advice. Some of my items are showing up in my inventory quicker than others once I’ve clicked ‘List as FBA’. I made the mistake of repeating the steps and then having multiples of the same item in my inventory as they trickled through. But is it normal for there to be a delay before it appears in my inventory? As a couple of the items have not yet appeared.
Yes, it is normal for there to be a delay before an item appears in your inventory after you have listed it as FBA. This is because Amazon has to receive and process the item before it can be made available for sale. The amount of time it takes for an item to appear in your inventory can vary depending on a number of factors, including:
The size and weight of the item
The shipping method you used to send the item to Amazon
The current volume of items that Amazon is processing
The time of year
In general, you can expect your items to appear in your inventory within 1-2 business days after they have been received by Amazon. However, it is not uncommon for items to take longer, especially during peak times like the holiday season.
