I was selling an ASIN, a pack of 6, and the listing was changed to a pack of 1, and I have 300+ units. Everyone is still selling at a profitable price, but I see an increase in BSR, and now, most likely, this listing is going to become dead if we don’t drop the price to make it make sense for a pack of 1.
By looking at the listing as a client, you will think that you only receive 1 and not 6.
Evaluate Pricing Strategy: Assess your pricing strategy in light of the pack quantity change. While maintaining profitability is important, it may be necessary to adjust the price temporarily to align with the new pack quantity and mitigate the impact on sales and BSR. Monitor competitor pricing and customer demand to determine the optimal pricing strategy going forward.
By taking proactive steps to address the unauthorized change to your listing and carefully monitoring customer feedback and sales performance, you can work towards resolving the issue and restoring the listing’s viability.

Yes it happened the other way around few times. Actually, I’m dealing with one right now and I am expecting some bad reviews … I opened a case but no help from Amazon so far…
Who do you think has changed this listing? I tried to correct some description of a listing and Amazon kept rejecting it, saying only the brand owner can change it or when multiple sellers ask for this change.
Please make your offer inactive for a while and wait till it’s back to pack of 6. If you see the same sellers selling pack of 6 successfully and BSR is back to normal then fine go-ahead and sell your inventory. Otherwise, find another ASIN for pack of 6 and do FBM on it. Fulfill out of your FBA inventory.
