Amzon asking for a letter of authorisation, I have done a search online and no examples have come back…
What are they looking for here? This is crazy how much info they are wanting. How do all these scammers manage to get on Amazon with this level of info they are asking for?

it depends on what you need this for. What you posted above is a “Power to act on behalf of a company” document, which is normally used for Seller Identity Verification.
If this is what you need, then the example you have is acceptable.
