My trademark is active on the official US registry. However, someone registered a similar brand name in China, enrolled it on Amazon, and managed to merge my ASINs and listings under that brand name.
It is strange how this is possible on Amazon, given that my legitimate brand was registered four years ago and has sold thousands of units.
