Launching my Amazon FBA business

Hi!

I am just waiting for my 1st product to arrive at amazon warehouse. Totally new to this. May i ask for your ideas, tips and advise on how i would go around my 1st launching? What are the do’s and dont’s? How could i possibly get sales in a week or two as well as reviews?

Thanks for all the help!

Make sure your pricing is correct. You don’t want to lose money. Is this your own trademarked product?

Yes. I do PL but no trademark yet. However i have my brand approved already by Amazon.

Positive reviews are very important for product sales. You will get more sales if you have more reviews.

You can follow this processes for getting reviews:

Use the “Request a Review” button.

Sign up for the Vine program (Vine Green Label Review).

You should run a PPC campaign with low budget and your family and friends otherwise hire a proxy marketers then take reviews.

Reach out to customers one on one.

Insert Thank you cards into customer orders.

I hate to see this as I see it a lot, but the ranking plan should have been established before even investing in the product

As ranking really comes down to two aspects

  1. getting enough reviews in order for your click through rate, and ranking to stick

  2. doing giveaways to be able to get your product ranked along with PPC

But the reality is I see most people do not know how to or cannot do the above so they are just 100% reliance on having zero reviews and running PPC

So your specific case do what you can to get a couple reviews and run PPC and hope for the best

Now that your products are en route, it’s essential to have created a well-crafted product listing with optimized keywords, as well as compelling product offers and feature graphics.

When it comes to PPC (Pay-Per-Click advertising), your primary goal is to achieve conversions, gain visibility, and improve your ranking. To kickstart this process, begin by compiling a list of keywords that you intend to rank for and that have a strong conversion potential. This involves analyzing your competitors and identifying the keywords they are targeting and succeeding with. Your objective is to demonstrate to Amazon that you deserve a prominent position. Also, monitor your ad placements to ensure you appear for those keywords. This phase involves experimentation, and you may need to test various strategies to identify profitable keywords and campaign types. It’s a trial-and-error process, so approach it with an open mind.

Before launching your PPC campaign, make sure your product listing is fullyoptimized, ensuring you offer a product that appeals to buyers compared to your competition. Clearly define your value proposition and effectively market it within your listing and images.

Wishing you the best of luck on your journey!

Well honestly, this is a question and process that should’ve been established before even investing in the product

But with that being said, the first thing that really needs to happen as you need to get enough reviews to wear when you do get ranked your listing sticks

After you get enough reviews, you need to run a ranking campaign to be able to get ranked at the top of the pages

Well, that all sounds simple. Most people cannot or don’t know how to do all of that.

What most people do is identify the keyword that they want to get ranked for and can compete for which is key and run targeted PPC campaigns for them
