Just wondering if anyone has ever sold an item and struggled to find the SDS certificate and what did you do?

Amazon have it on the dangerous goods list and there is not enough info on the product.

I have tried looking on SDS manager account but have nothing coming up and have tried to email the supplier but unsure how that will go as the only contact us function I could find on their website mentions that will only reply if to do with investor relations.

First check if the product really requires SDS? IF the product doesn’t fall under DG then you can fill the exemption sheet (excel file predefined) and submit to AMZ support they normally accept that.

You can contact supplier via alternate channels for SDS, check old emails or accounts, or ask amazon support for exemption if product isn’t actually hazardous.
