Just received the 3rd letter and email for Vorys

Threatening to take legal action if I don’t pull the Boscia brand products from Amazon. What do you think I should do?

If you don’t make huge money with this brand then I suggest answering them about how you purchased these products from a legal supplier and the products are authentic so there is no IP infringement. Tell them you sell out your stock and won’t restock. Do this only if this is not an important product for you, and not worth paying a lawyer to “fight” back. If you make several thousand per month on this product then consider hiring an attorney and fight back.

As long as the products which you are selling are genuine, you are not infringing and have nothing to worry about.

But as @PC_Parts says, if you don’t care about the products, then you could just remove them to avoid all the hassle.

Ignore and never respond. They only send 3 letters then you never hear from them again.

You had this happen to you?
