Just got rejected for a brand

Not even sure if I applied properly either. Can someone tell me what is needed? Do I have to have my brand on packages and provide it to them with photos? I took a screenshot of my IPO form and uploaded it in the image section.

Why did this happen?

This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:

  1. your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;
  2. your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,
  3. you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,
  4. inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;
  5. you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

If you are enrolling with a US trademark, please note that the USPTO requires foreign domiciled applicants or registrants to be represented by a U.S. licensed attorney

To get approved for a brand on Amazon, you typically need to provide proof of brand ownership and trademark registration. This usually involves uploading images of your branded packaging, labels, or tags, as well as providing your trademark registration number. A screenshot of your IPO form might not be enough. Try reapplying with the required documentation and images, and make sure to follow Amazon’s brand registry guidelines carefully.

Looks like Amazon rejected your brand approval because they couldn’t verify your branding on products or packaging. You need to submit clear photos showing your brand printed on the product and packaging (not stickers). Also, if your trademark was filed by a non-compliant service, that could be an issue too.

Best fix: Take proper branded product photos and make sure your trademark is legit. Try reapplying with the right proof!

I can’t afford to have my brand printed on products yet, only stickers.
