The price it too high, it’ll basically eat all my profit.

Find another source.
Look around and you will find others that are closer to the product than your current source. You find so many lie and claim to be a manufacture and all they are is a broker at some unknown level.
Based upon your post, you are heading into a train wreck. Better be very careful with your sourcing because you have zero recourse when things go bad.
Lower the price, closer you are to the actual source. If they advertise no touch shipments to amazon FBA more than likely its a broker that is marking the stuff up. They are making all the profit, not you.

Try inquiring with other suppliers within Alibaba, or as @skeeter says, you can find closer ones locally.
