Hey guys,
I sold this 60 pack, but the customer is now upset saying it’s a scam because it says 80 count. It seems like an error through Amazon.

If the listing mistakenly shows “80 count” instead of “60 pack,” it’s likely an issue with the product detail page or how Amazon interpreted the data. First, check if the incorrect count appears in your backend listing or if it was changed by another seller or Amazon. If it’s incorrect, update the listing details and request a correction through Seller Support. If Amazon made the change, open a case and provide proof of the correct count, such as manufacturer specifications or packaging images. In the meantime, offer the customer a resolution, such as a refund or replacement, to prevent negative feedback.
I would suggest you to offer a partial refund.
thanks! That’s what I did and he accepted it
You should offer partial refund.
