I’m in the process of transitioning from a sole proprietorship to an LLC for my Amazon FBA store.
However, I’m not sure where to begin the process with Amazon. I already have my LLC set up, and a business bank account and credit card will be arriving soon in the mail.
Once your LLC is set up and you have your business bank account and credit card ready, the next step is to update your Amazon seller account. Go to your Seller Central account settings and update your legal entity information with your LLC details, including your EIN. Make sure the business name and address match what’s on file with the IRS and your bank. You should also update your payment method with your new business bank account and credit card.
