Is there any way to win an A-to-Z claim when shipping from the U.S. to Canada via FBM?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been getting a lot of claims for “items not received,” but in every case, the DHL tracking shows the package was delivered on or before the deadline.

I appealed all the claims with:

• The proof of delivery (DHL PDF)

• The tracking number

• A link to the DHL tracking page

But every single appeal was denied.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice on how to successfully fight these claims?

I used to call Amazon Support daily, and they finally listened on day 15.

A-Z claims used to be appealable in the past. Unfortunately, these days unless you purchased shipping from Amazon, they will always charge you for the refund.

Do you use Amazon’s suggested courier?
Is DHL included in Amazon’s carrier list?
I can say I was the best at handling A-to-Z claims when I was managing FBM accounts—and that was even with unauthorized carriers.
If DHL is authorized, as it seems it should be, then providing the tracking link along with a detailed A-to-Z explanation should be enough.
Your explanation or appeal matters a lot.

With signature confirmation on delivery, Amazon should deny the claims. Attach a document showing the customer signature with your appeal.
