All of my reviews are 5 star. I just had someone review 1 start because they put the item in boiling water. I have no idea why.
But the product can’t be put in boiling water so it broke.
How do I get rid of their 1 star review?
Also- is there a way to send the buyer an automated message to not put the product in water?
Can you add somewhere in the description “not for use in water”?

Go after the buyer.
Your company has been damaged intentionally by the buyer. This is no different than some one punching you in the face, so take action against the buyer.
They left you negative feedback to deliberately harm you. The intent is very clear since ebay and amazon both have overly generous return policies that prevent ALL buyers from being damaged, hence the attack on your feedback was intentional.
You can contact your Buyer and get the negative review removed
That is what the buyer and amazon/ebay wants, dehuminize the seller by having them grovel for a feedback removal so the activist buyer can get a free item and full refund.
I agree that this would be a good basis for a defamation claim and a payout 
In the recent court disclosure the throttling sales issue has been brought to the surface, they still possess the technology to do so.

Now that it is in the public how sellers are suppressed it opens the door to other legal action. Some of that could very well be fraud, misleading sellers, creating the false illusion of success and many more.
The short of it, you paid for services that were never rendered and amazon has full knowledge that sellers are being short changed.
If they only punished sellers by removing their BuyBox, it wouldn’t be that bad. In my case, Amazon is deactivating any listings that are not priced according to their exact commands through Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.

Me too, one of my dear friends from the old forum sent that to me. When I could not find it I felt bad about misplacing the original from that person. Found it on an old laptop that was not being used!!

Yes you can add these extra information in product description or in next batch of inventory add a manual or note inside the packaging with these instructions.
Don’t worry, I am pretty sure they already found this site. Sadly, many people who used to be my friends and supporters (including Lake) turned against me as a result of the continued defamation campaign.
When I was still on the Amazon Seller Forum, @oneida_books manipulated my forum posts using his moderators privileges by inserting full sentences into them to make it look like I am confessing to violations of Amazon policies etc and then let everyone on the forum attack me while he was laughing.

I smelled something going on, things were not adding up.
Plenty of suspicion of the agendas of some of them on that site. Bad actors tried so hard to get me kicked off the forum, pretty sure I hold the record for having posts deleted.
One thing for certain is amazon and the others sure did not like me exposing what is going on.
Seems like some of the ones causing the problems for you did not like the fact that you are helping others for FREE, taking paying customers from them.
