Is there any solution that negative feedback could be removed or revised?

Hello All!

The buyer left negative feedback. Negotiations were made and a Revision request was sent to buyer. But buyer said that he is unable to revise as the page disappears.

I explained all this situation to Ebay but still Ebay rejected it. And negative feedback is still there.

Need serious and useful suggestions.

Why would you care about negative feedback? Don’t worry, it will drop off.

Call eBay customer support via “Have us call you” and request a supervisor review, explaining that the buyer attempted to revise the feedback but encountered a technical error on the platform.
