Is there an option on Amazon to send the customers an email after purchase?

You need to add clarification regarding the product with your shipment. Amazon has very strict reasons to contact a customer.

None of them are to clarify some information. Neither does it include asking for feedback and/or product reviews. Besides, Amazon customers donโ€™t like to be bothered. They may leave you feedback that you wonโ€™t be happy with.


Best way to do this is to do a user manual and add it in the product packaging to avoid any negative reviews, if you wanna do it using email then you can use the new feature given by amazon to brand register sellers
