Yes you can. If you have an exisiting Shopify store, you can download an app that will integrate your Amazon inventory onto your shopify. Customers will be able to purchase from your shopify but the inventory will ship from Amazon.
For the Affiliate program, you will need to have a website established where you will sell the products separate to Amazon. They would just want that website.
