Is there a way to insure your products in case you get a bad batch?
While I think it’s definitely possible to insure a shipment being delivered to a specific location, your supplier should be compensating you for selling you faulty goods.
However, if you send your goods straight to Amazon’s warehouse, where they are processed by them, I think it becomes a grey area in law when you have no means to return them without inspecting any faults yourself.
The law states that you have to inspect your purchase upon delivery. In case of FBA items, the seller typically learns about any faults after the customers already received, used and returned their orders back into Amazon’s warehouse. Items which were tampered with cannot be returned to the supplier.
