Hi everyone!

I’m currently based in the UK and have been selling successfully in the UK market, but I’m looking to expand my business and start selling in the US as well.

I’m particularly interested in learning about things like setting up an Amazon US seller account, tax requirements, shipping options, and any other legal or logistical aspects I should be aware of before starting.

Any advice, resources, or personal experiences would be really appreciated.

The US is a very good market but also very competitive. You will need an LLC.

For the LLC:

  • A US address
  • A registered agent
  • Your identification documents (ID)

For the Amazon account:

  • Your passport and a bank statement
  • Business documents"
