What happens if you have genuine inventory but the invoice is older than 365 days and Amazon is asking to verify authenticity?
In true Amazon style, it depends. Usually they reject your invoice but occasionally they accept it.
I have tried arguing and asked them to tell me where in their terms and conditions it says that products instantly become fake/used after 365 days.
They just keep repeating the same nonsense and refuse to address my point.
