Is it possible to sell US FBA inventory in Canada?

I have a question.

I found a product (food product) in the US that sells well on Amazon.ca. Am I allowed to purchase them, send to the Amazon warehouse in the US and sell that way?

Yes.

Remote Fulfillment with FBA lets sellers in the US sell to customers in Canada and Mexico without having to send inventory to those countries.

I agree with @FunkyMonkey, Remote Fulfillment is great. I have been using it for years - Amazon will ship your FBA inventory into Canada or Mexico from your US stock.
