Is it possible to get Amazon to change the ASIN and re label stock?

A friend has send 100 items with the wrong ASIN, it’s the same brand and same item just slightly different variation and box different.

And it’s sold 69 of them before they realised and got one bad feedback .

Thanks

Yes, it happen to get amazon to change the ASIN and relabel stock. However, it may involve some effort and communication with Amazon’s seller support team. They’ll likely need to verify the product’s authenticity and differences with the original ASIN before making changes.

Yes, you can resolve it by opening a case with Amazon. I’ve done this before, and as long as the ASIN you’re transferring from hasn’t been taken down, you should be fine.

You will need to create a removel order, re label them and send under the correct listing.

Thanks. What about the ones he’s already sold? Should he offer refunds to the buyers somehow? Won’t the ones he’s sold trigger something, like opening a case? Thanks.

It’s in the USA. This guy says it can be done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zwu-iCXygvg. It’s the only video I’ve seen on this issue. I’ll pass it on to my friend and report back on his progress.

Have they all been refunded? If not, I’d just leave it. If they have, they would be deemed sellable, go back to available, and he could change them.
