I’m trying to arrange a pickup from a residential address, but UPS and Amazon couriers won’t pick up without a bill of landing.
Can anyone guide me on how to handle this?

How do I go about this? Is it during the shipment creation process? Where can I obtain a Bill of Lading? When I create a shipment, Amazon only provides a BoL for pallets, not for small parcels. Is there a solution, or can someone explain this to me?
