Is it legal for a Brand to tell you they don't allow the sale of their products on 3rd party websites such as Amazon & eBay, ect..?

But then there are still a couple of sellers on Amazon selling this Brands products and are registered in the Transparency Program…

However, the brand itself doesn’t put Transparency Labels on any of their products they sell, anywhere.??

No, they can make whatever rules they want, more or less. Drives me crazy though when I want to WS something and the brand says they don’t sell for Amazon but people are selling on Amazon. They’re probably not authorized though.

No. They can do whatever they want. But all they’re doing by refusing to do business with sellers, is opening up the door for sellers to get the products another way. Which they don’t like either. So they don’t want to sell to us, but they also don’t want anyone else to sell to us.

Very common. Lots of terrible Amazon sellers that could care less about MAP and will tank the price(which tanks the products image). Then no one is coming back to buy those products from that wholesaler again because no sellers want to buy when the price is no longer profitable.

A brand can ask you to stop selling your products and not supply you with additional inventory if you fail to comply.

However, they cannot introduce or enforce any price fixing obligations, other than merely providing a RRP.
