Is it better to submit my bank account statement or credit card statement to Amazon US for account opening with them?

Hi everyone,

I need to know one thing during account opening process with Amazon US. They ask to submit either our bank account statement or credit card statement.

If I choose to submit my bank account statement during the account opening process, must this bank account be the same account as the one which I would use for Amazon to remit the sales proceeds to me after my sales?

Yes, the name on the statement should match your name on the Amazon account. I don’t believe it matters which one you use, if you have both options.
