I have Googled as much as I can and searched on YouTube, but no luck so far. If anyone can explain how to do this, please do. I do have small label rolls for FNSKU.

The Zebra GK420 is able to be roller fed (like the Dymo) or via direct feed through the rear of the printer. Which is handy for the larger free rolls of labels or the fan-fold type.
If you want one printer to do both sized labels then maybe a Dymo Label Writer 450 Twin Turbo (sounds like it is petrol powered!) will allow 2 rolls (1 Large and 1 FNSKU size)to be used at the same time.
