Is account at risk of being deactivated, or are funds going to be frozen?

Hi,

If someone adds a product as FBA and Amazon raises a violation after 1 or 2 days due to the elements used in the product, could you please let me know if you’ve faced such issues and how you dealt with it when Amazon mentions the attached image after the first appeal?

Account health was 380, and now it’s 376, even though not a single unit has been sold, just the product was added to Amazon.

Looking for advice based on real experience.

Hello @hadera323,

thank you for joining the forum. When you are unable to appeal the violation, then just wait for it to drop off from your metrics after 180 days.

Amazon does not normally remove all violations after you delete the listing and acknowledge it.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to post here whenever you need help.

Hello
Here’s how to solve this deactivation.

  1. Gather Evidence: Collect invoices, certifications, and images to support your claims.

  2. Craft a Strong Appeal: Write a concise letter explaining the situation and providing evidence. Offer a plan to prevent future violations.

  3. Submit your appeal through Seller Central and monitor your account health.

You either have to provide evidence that the listing you “had” did not violate any of the policies or you wither ACKNOWLEDGE it and complaint will disappear from your account.
