IP complaint help

I am doing wholesale. I got an IP complaint and my account is at risk of deactivation.

If I acknowledge the violation and remove the listings, will there be still a risk of deactivation my account?

I don’t want to sell these products anymore. Please advise.

There is always risk of deactivation

Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints like this can be normally removed by appealing through the Account Health Dashboard or by having the rights owner retract them.

In case that you are unable to appeal the complaints at all, delete every ASIN mentioned in the notice from your inventory and wait for the defects to automatically disappear after 180 days.

But keep in mind that any unresolved complaints can trigger a suspension, anytime.
