IP complaint for products never sold

Hello, everyone!

I’ve received multiple IP complaints all at once, and all for the same brand. The issue is that I have never sold the products in question. I only have 10 ASINs from this brand listed for sale, but the complaints seem to cover all products from this brand sold on Amazon.

How is this possible?

I had this also for one brand and I almost got suspended. Call Amazon seller help to look at these and have them open an investigation. Need to address the issues and check this deeply.

Are you authorized by brand? What brand is it? Are the listings still listed in your inventory ?

Amazon is just like a stock market these days, there are new ups and downs every day. You’ve had 80 IP claims and are still standing? You’re lucky! Are you unable to delete the listings at all?

Yes, it’s still in inventory but I can’t access the sale page until I fix the problem. The complaints is for Trademark on Product.

If the brand had been closed completely I would have said the name of the brand but I still have products from this brand for sale.

I don’t have a authorization. I just bought the products from the distributor and sold them without problems for a year.

I haven’t solved anything so far. I tried to contact support and waited two hours on the phone and no one answered.

I would personally be selling up and running away from that brand right now, but good luck, hopefully all removed!

The primary reason all products are showing IP complaints is likely because the brand is gated by Amazon. When you started listing the items, Amazon’s algorithms detected your account and flagged these listings. If you have invoices from a verifiable supplier, please share them by opening a case with Amazon.

Always name the brand so others can avoid it. Also, if you use BuyBot or other software to check, it’s a good idea to send them this brand to update the IP radar. The whole point of this page is to help each other avoid problems and resolve existing issues, like the one you’re facing now.
