Invoice rejected

Hi,

I submitted the invoice according to what’s they ask but they still reject me. Can anyone please provide any advice? Why it is so hard? Is it because i’m new seller?

This does not always mean you did anything wrong or that you were rejected just because you are a new seller. For brand approvals, Amazon often rejects invoices if the supplier is not acceptable, the invoice is too old, the quantities are too low, the business details do not match your account exactly, or the document does not clearly show that the products are genuine and purchased from an authorized source.

Bar Keepers Friend may also be a stricter brand for approval, so even a real invoice may still fail their review. Check that your invoice matches your legal business name and address exactly, includes the supplier’s full details, shows recent purchase dates and sufficient quantity, and is not from a retailer if Amazon expects a wholesaler or distributor.

If everything is correct, you can try replying to the case and asking for a manual review, or submit a stronger invoice from an authorized supplier.
