I’ve been sending in mobile phones to Amazon via FBA for the last few months
I’ve sent 52 packages in so far
4 parcels have come back like the below - gone missing between the check in stage and receiving stage. Amazon automatically close as investigation completed shipping contents counted and confirmed??? What does that even mean?
Anyway I’ve tried claiming numerous times and Amazon are saying they haven’t received the items.
Despite the UPS (their partnered courier) confirming delivery at Amazon end
I’ve opened numerous cases but their customer support (what seem like bots) just close them
What can I do? CURRENTLY I HAVE LOST OVER £3000 if I don’t get the money back.
I am happy to pay someone to help me IF I do get my money back….
Keep trying to reach out to Amazon Seller Support, Clearly state the issue, provide any evidence you have (such as UPS confirmation of delivery), and ask for a resolution. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get their attention.
Check if your shipments had any insurance. If you insured your items with Amazon during shipment, you can file a claim through that insurance.
If there are any differences between what you have sent in the shipment and what is received you have the option to Reconcile your shipment, This will open a formal investigation into the missing units.
There is usually a delay from the time your shipment closes until you can submit your. Reconcile request.
The Article Reconcile your shipment discusses the process, and allows you to Enter Shipment ID to check if your shipment is eligible for investigation.
