Inventory suddenly disposed without warning

Hi everyone,

I just discovered that Amazon disposed of some of my inventory without any prior notice. These items were “warehouse damaged” but it was labelled as “Defective” and never showed up as “unfulfillable inventory.” When I contacted seller support for an explanation and reimbursement, they abruptly ended the chat after sending me a link.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Do you have default removal set to destroy?

Warehouse damage is normally paid by amazon.

I know but they disposed of that inventory without any notification. And it will not be reimbursed by Amazon as per their policy.

You can file a claim for those incorrectly disposed units if you didn’t set up a default to destroy damaged units. If you haven’t won anything yet or if you find this process a hassle, you can try to find an agency that specializes in reimbursements.
